So I know most people reading this know me, but for those that don’t… herrreeee we goo (in the sound of Lady Gaga)

 

  1. What does your ideal day look like?

 

Waking up is always a good start, coffee and im not fussy Instant is my fave. Then a run, I really have got into running. Going somewhere with animals, then there must be some kind of cuddle with said animal! Meeting with friends and family for food and drinks, ideally with twinklelights, glitter and dancing.. that’s me done that’s a dream right there.

 

  1. What did you want to be when you were younger?

 

A few things, a vet, a comedian and a choreographer.

 

  1. Who are you most inspired by and why?

 

I know this is a huge answer but I am inspired by woman. Woman are beautiful creatures, they are strong and empowering, they can carry a child. They are childs first love. They are natural nurturers and providers and they have the ability to kick ass and lift one another up, so I am inspired by women!

 

  1. Who would you most like to meet and what would you ask?

 

This is to big of a question and I don’t want to waste it! I’ll get back to you when I know…

 

  1. What habit would you most like to break?

 

Don’t judge, wouldn’t say it’s really a habit more like a medical condition…but I pee myself if I laugh too much…

 

  1. Think of a person you truly admire, what is it you like about them?

 

This one is a tough one, but I have to say my soul sister Grace. No matter how bad I feel at times without fail she can always turn me around and remind me of the goods.

  1. How do I like to relax?

  1. When was the last time you did something you were afraid of?

 

Last week skinny dipping!

 

 

  1. What are you most proud of?

 

This is a tough one but most recently my commitment to myself on my fitness journey its been a year and I havnt quit , and I give myself a huge high 5 for that.

 

  1. What are you most afraid of?

 

Serious .. Loosing a loved one, I lost my mum when I was young and now I have lost grandparents and I cant imagine having that kind of strength again and being able to be without a pice of your heart . Not so serious.. I hate mosquitos the squeaky noise freaks me out.

 

  1. If life stopped today what would you most regret not doing?

 

Being a 100% happy with myself .

 

  1. What qualities do I admire in others?

 

There are some people who make you feel like your one in a million and no matter how busy they are they stop the world for you ( Nicole if you are reading this you are one of them) A sence of humour, empathy, understanding and no judgy eyes!

 

 

  1. What Practical skills do you wish you had?

 

Patience is that one?

 

  1. What is your favourite book, song, movie why?

 

B- The Nightingale, its just a beautiful book. S- Wonderful World, I love the words and it reminds me of my dad.  Nickelback-This is how you remind me. M-Dirty Dancing, this is me and my barb’s film and the one and only…Chorus Line, I used to watch this with my mum.

 

  1. If you could make one change in the world, what would it be?

 

Can I be a beauty queen for a second? World Peace. If people were a little bit more human, the world would be a better place.

 

  1. What do you love to do or give to others?

 

If I could make someone feel special, then my job here is done.

The answer is the same for both, my fitness journey because as much as I am striving for progression and not perfection I find I am really hard on myself.

 

  1. Let’s jump forward a year, what would you have liked to have achieved in the past year?

 

Our SE Asia grand adventure, my abs, owning a tiny house

 

  1. What piece of advice would you give to your 5, 16, 21 year old you?

 

5-year old me-Don’t give away your doll Rebecca, 16-year old me-Focus more on school, education is not free forever! 21-year old me-Stop crying, you haven’t met him yet…

 

  1. Imagine you are in your 90s, what memories would you like to have, what stories would you like to tell?

 

I would like to tell the story of us.

 

  1. How do you want to be remembered in life?

 

Being funny, for making someone feel special, being a good dancer, and my amazing impressions
